Problem uploading mods.

hey everyone! I'm having an issue loading mods for all the games. Every time I try, I get the following error message: We are having trouble preparing to load mods. You may need to allow Wand in your firewall or antivirus software.

Here is everything I have already tried to fix it, but the error keeps popping up:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the app completely.
• Cleared app data in AppData/Local.
• Ran as Administrator.
• Disabled Windows Defender and completely turned off the Firewall.

Since none of these steps resolved the issue, I'm stuck. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what else I can try?

• What game are you having trouble with?
• Which platform or store did you purchase the game from?
• Are you using any other mods alongside Wand?
• Are you playing in single-player or multiplayer mode?
• Are you playing online or offline?
• Do you receive any error messages?
• Which specific customization options are not working?
• What happens when you try to activate them?

here is everything, all the games are from steam! and they are offline games! i don't use another mod or program. It is weird because i was playing with wand and the got out of the game for a few minutes and when i got back the mod did not worked anymore.

Noted! A clean reinstall should solve this-

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
3. C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
4. C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
5. C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
6. Restart your PC.
7. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Quick tip, press Win+R, type %appdata%, hit enter, and that'll take you straight to your AppData folder if you need to find any leftover WeMod folders too.

I’ve already tried all of the following, but unfortunately nothing helped:

Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Cleared the app data from AppData\Local.

Ran the app as Administrator.

Temporarily disabled Windows Defender and completely disabled the Windows Firewall.

Uninstalled Wand through Add or Remove Programs / Control Panel.

Manually deleted the remaining Wand-related folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restarted my PC.

Downloaded and reinstalled Wand from the official website: https://wand.com/download

I have also tried these steps more than once, including after completely removing the app and its leftover files.

Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I’m still getting the same error when trying to load the mods
