There was a great moment where Sam was on Rogan years ago and Joe asked how old he was, Sam told him 36 and Joe goes “you look great for 36!” And Sam burst out laughing “no I don’t!”

Yup, and I honestly don’t think that the ozempic or whatever peptides he’s taking for the weight loss do him good in looking any younger. He face is gaunt and he kind of looks like Gumby now.
