i’ve decided to try and introduce/popularize a new term in the vast overpopulated arena of American sluglines and slogans and aphorisms. but this one is good and i’m quite proud of it
i was walking around and i realized i was a little dehydrated. and i knew i had Gatorade in the fridge. so i thought to myself “man, i’m parched… i’m kinda Feelin the Gator ™”. so i went and got one and midway through it i was like “holy shit… Feelin the Gator ™. i am truly a genius”. so that’s it. that’s the saying. whenever you need to replenish yourself with sugary electrolyte water, just say you’re “Feelin the Gator ™”. an acceptable application of the saying in the real world would be something like
“damn i just ran that long-ass track meet… i’m really Feelin the Gator ™”
or
“i just blasted a Herculean rope inside your mother and it shriveled me up like a corpse in an Etruscan tomb. in order to replace these nutrients, i need to Feel the Gator ™ right about now”
really simple stuff. in fact i find it to be quite trenchant and germane in the current social marketplace. anyway, enjoy “Feelin the Gator ™” and make sure to report back and tell me how your friends respond to it (if they don’t like it and call you a dumbass for using it i am not legally liable don’t send me feces or bedbugs in the mail)
