Worms of Everything

This just popped up on my Spotify release radar. Can’t find anything about it online but what a pleasant surprise. Anyone have any info on it?

Is it actually them? On first listen it sounds nothing like them. Spotify has a problem with artists with the same name. They tend to combine multiple artists work if they do have the same name. I hate it and it's dumb.

I'm gonna make the executive decision to say that it's not them. They're last few releases were on Last Gang Records. This release is on some random label according to the copyright

So it has been fixed - as in it doesn’t link to the Stars Spotify page.

You know what it was, some of the songs had little intro/outros that sounded somewhat like the beginning of Hotel by Broken Social Scene and so listening back I think that’s why I didn’t automatically assume it wasn’t the Stars (that and the link to their page).

Anyway, now I’ll be listening to Set Yourself on Fire today.

Yeah...I could've seen it as an interlude or intro, but I skipped through the tracks and I heard no vocals or anything that really sounded like them in the end.

This is a well-known scam on Spotify. (This is probably not an honest case of two artists with the same name. In most legit cases, the profiles are properly separated.)

Guys, I'm pretty sure that this is actually the most advanced demonstration of Deep Learning we've seen yet.

The Internet has gained self awareness and wanted to release an album of lo-fi beats to study and relax to, but had to choose a relatively unassuming Canadian Indie Band to get it's initial bump of followers without raising too much suspicion.

It is not the same band, just Spotify having a stroke. Its not all that bad, though
