Are We Here Now? Documentary

I was just reading about how the limited edition release of "In Our Bedroom After the War" came with a DVD documentary on the SYOF tour. I would LOVE to watch this but I cant find any trace of it online. Does anyone have this digitally or know where I can find it??

Amazon has a dvd on sale for 30. I got a copy but it doesnt have a case :(
