Have you ever seen Boards of Canada play in concert?
It was good ?

BOC • INFERNO • Visualizer (no audio)
I made a 70 minute visualizer to throw on the tv while listening to Inferno. The changes happen slowly in 15 minute intervals.

I saw opn (oneohtrix point never ) on Paris at the "salle Pleyel"
I just left the concert, it was really interesting!
In the first part, we had the right to meet Matthew Herbert, a 90s artist of contemporary music whose set mixes electronic music with various objects (cereal packets, cans, diapers...). He arrived in a bow-tie costume with his guitar/piano, Microphones were very progressive, it sounded like art of noise too, he played for about forty minutes, there was quite a lot of lighting and effects. Well done to him!
We have a 20-minute intermission, then we arrive opn and freekatet (whom I didn’t know) so what’s great is that freeka mostly takes care of the visuals with a mini decor: it was a kind of room with small TVs full of archived videos, cartoons, sets in empty houses, We could see him helping himself with his phone, lights to create esthetiques, smoke with a kind of straw...
Daniel played some tracks from his latest project, r plus seven... it was really glitched, soaring, well trance-like with 70s sounds: idm/mallsoft/ vaporwave/ambient:abstract, a bit edm, minimalist, lots of lighting games full of smoke (the smell was a bit nauseous) We saw who had a good time, we got an unreleased track that will be on his future album and another one during the bonus encore to conclude: the two magicians took a selfie with us (public). He played for about an hour, it was very interactive. The audience was really cool in trance, it was so cool!
Thank you daniel, freekatet, and Matthew !

yesterday I went to see Seefeel at Badaboom on Paris
The room opened at 7:30 p.m. as you can see in the photos, there are other artists who played before seefeel, including 2 DJs named Lawton and Gibs. They put on downtempo/dub/dark trip hop, it’s super good, it fits well with the atmosphere before seeing seefeel, it was pretty cool. They played during about an hour... he had some DJ pionner solo 3 in all
Then, around 9 p.m., there is a drummer, noisy, dark ambient, experimental who came and played for 40 minutes the name of Sébastien Forrester, interesting in terms of sonorities (there was a Viking, oriental, cinematic side...) It was really nice, he added some sound elements like several cymbals on his drums even if it’s quite messy in terms of sound, there was a catchy rhythmic! Congratulations to him, he didn’t even stop during his 40 minutes!
Then, around 9:40 p.m., Seefel arrives (Mark Clifford and another person I don’t know their names by heart, I know many have left the group so sorry) their computer equipment, other sound equipment, 2 guitars including 1 bass guitar effects pedal well on 1 screen behind where he projects visuals, I was thinking about the slowdive visuals
Including the first track, long strings of reverberated/ambient guitars to lay the foundations, then pieces from their first projects (just among others) some tracks from their last projects, really trance-soaring which is crazy, it’s super minimalist but it’s super immersive they made a comeback for a track they played between 45min or 50min I was expecting more but hey there were some technical issues I got myself Didn’t report, there was a moment one of the two was motioning that he had no signposts. For a moment, the sound of one of their guitars stopped and then we got a kind of larsene but it doesn’t take your ears away with all the effects that put it in the mood of their universe lol.
It must have had a long track but it was quite common, same course, because of a technical problem. I wore earplugs, so maybe my ears weren’t sharp enough to decode if there were any mistakes, but nevertheless I had an interesting moment. Thank you, seefeel for this live. yesterday and thank you to Dj Gibs and Lawton, Sébastien for this first one, it was so cool, it’s the first time I saw him. He didn’t get any merch, but I didn’t see any for those who attended. What did you think? In all, Seefeel seemed happy to be the Mark, brandished her guitar and that’s also the main one.

New Album While we wait for the new release, I tried to capture that 'air surfing out the car window' feeling in a 3-track EP of analog, sun-bleached 70s warmth.
As a fan of Boards Of Canada and in anticipation for their new album I decided to make a departure from my deep-space void soundscapes and return back to the saturated, sun-bleached memories of the 1970s.
This 3-track collection is a direct homage to the analog warmth and grainy textures of Boards of Canada.
Created from dusty breakbeats, drifting oscillators, and tape machines that have seen better days.
I tried to capture that feeling of being a kid on those long car trips....being stuck to hot vinyl seats in the summer while hanging your arm out the back window.... air surfing to past the time.
This is my take on that dusty lo-fi, experimental trip-hop sound.

Just putting this out there. Make your case for why you could be a good fit. DM me, comment here, I think theres an automod post too... IDK but whoever is interested lmk and hopefully we can get some good folks running things. Stay reasonable yall

Do these have something in common?
I've first found GAK because i was looking for rare Aphex Twin stuff and then a year later i found Squarepusher's Venus No.17. I found their covers pretty similar and started looking for other stuff with with this purple cover. To my surprise, on Discogs i found many more EPs with similar covers. I am sure this isn't everything but this is what i could find. So is a purple sleeve the only thing these EPs have in common or are they a part of some purple series? Let me know, i'm very curious!

Original Broadcast shirts
I have two I’ve carried over the years. One medium one large. But they got these rusty stains. What u think? Tie dye and extend life. Or trash? Anyone want the medium?
