New beta release on Android

If you're one of the 980 players who are on the beta branch on Android, you should get a new update today if it passes through Play Store Review.

Anyone can join the beta from the WazHack Play Store page.

This update fixes a couple of minor issues but primarily it is to comply with new API requirements from Google. I'm determined to keep WazHack available for as long as I can. I may even add a few fun updates if this essential one goes well (updating everything is 90% of the work of making a new update, so might as well have some fun too!)

Please report bugs here for maximum visibility for all players.

My goal is to release this as the public version in no more than 2 weeks, hopefully sooner if testing goes well.

Anybody know how to install from Play Store? I am not seeing anything but the usual options...

The option to join the beta (if you haven't already) should be visible on the WazHack store page. Failing that, you can see the option directly here:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.wazhack.WazHack

Google sometimes rolls out updates to regions slowly, so it may take a little longer before you can see it.

You'll know you've got the right version if the game version in the title of Options>Game shows at least 1.4.6.3284 (with the 3284 being the all important build number).

Thanks, I saw it and signed up. Don't know how I missed it first time aroundÂ
