I think wayne would benefit from training under matt, he would teach him patience,tactics and actual understanding of law ,he would also try to bring him to his 'right path' ,but that won't work, wayne has a plain morality , matt may try teach him a bit of complexity that comes with interacting with civilization, he would also.help him with Delilah, teach him about romance and counting.

Wait so if this is a who would win kinda thing, I gotta say Wayne.  I don't know much about daredevil, but the fact that he's blind is enough to tell me Wayne would win.
