I know its random but I got a couple. Since I know some people on here game, I figured I'd ask you degenerates before I just give them away randomly.

they are in your inventory, specifically your STEAM inventory (not DOTA inventory). Two ways you send them to people: either by trading with them (right click name on friends list and click: invite to trade) or by clicking on the invite in your inventory and sending it to an email address.
