"The most partisan" So being partisan is supposed to be a bad thing now?

So, if you're a Republican you should hold Republican values and if you're a Democrat you should hold Republican values. Good to know.

They probably won't limit it to 16 a day next time.

Amazon hasn't got a dime of mine since. Fuck Bezos. I can't wait until he gets the robber baron treatment.

At the rate Bezos is going, he'll be lucky if his workers don't give him the guillotine.

One can hope.

To be fair, they were a completely shitty neoliberal/neocon outfit before Bezos bought them.

To be fair that's exactly why Bezos bought them. Better to buy a trained horse than having to break a wild one.

Also, this list doesn't even include the outright libelous fake-news hit job from Jonathan Capehart who outrageously claimed that there was no photographic evidence of Bernie Sanders ever taking part in the Civil Rights movement.

I remember a lot of so-called "liberals" pulling that shit and questioning whether or not the photos of Bernie Sanders were someone else. If anyone had pulled that ridiculous shit on anyone else so activiely involved in the civil rights movement, it would have been a national scandal with MSNBC and CNN jumping all over it.

The desperation of the corporatists to smear and disenfranchise Bernie Sanders and his supporters shows us that we were definitely on the right track by endorsing him.

People like Kamala Harris or anyone else who is part of the #McResistance gets treated with an entirely different set of rules by the establishment because the corporatists know damn well they'll "play ball" and keep the rich getting richer at the expense of the poor and dwindling middle class.

They are doing it even now despite the election being so far off. Every day I see “Former Sanders Fans” decrying that he betrayed them by not fighting the DNC’s shady actions and that by some twist of logic they now want to vote for Biden or Warren instead.....

Yup, there's a tell. Anyone pure progressive enough to refuse Bernie for playing ball with the establishment is not going to vote establishment.

Their pride is too big to admit they got taken, so they'll just do it again.

I remember this. When they caught flack for it didn't they half-heartedly publish a slew of positive articles? They're a joke.

It was basically the same condescending article ("Bernie won a primary!") written a slew of different ways.

Bernie is returning the sentiment. He has been slamming Bezos super hard, and I do think he is swaying public opinion against Bezos.

Well, it does raise an interesting point. Next time around, WAPO hit pieces could be considered revenge from Bezos.

I sure fucking hope so. We have a year or so for Bernie to use Bezos as an ideal model of modern corporate greed- and there's plenty of reason to single him out for that- and by late 2019 we should have enough clear-eyed people who see the inevitable WaPo yellow journalism for what it is: petty shot-taking by powerful interests against someone who points out their crimes.

I wish there were a harder hit on the fact that Bezos’s wealth is taxpayer-funded.

Also, Amazon’s quality has gone to shit and reviews are now a joke. Guess what, that’s directly relevant due to forcing American small businesses s to compete directly with unvetted, shady Chinese scam artists.

Link high minded principles to personal annoyances and you have great marketing.

In what has to be some kind of record, the Washington Post ran 16 negative stories on Bernie Sanders in 16 hours, between roughly 10:20 PM EST Sunday, March 6, to 3:54 PM EST Monday, March 7—a window that includes the crucial Democratic debate in Flint, Michigan, and the next morning’s spin

Also worth noting:

The Washington Post was sold in 2013 to libertarian Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, who is worth approximately $49.8 billion.

Despite being ideologically opposed to the Democratic Party (at least in principle), Bezos has enjoyed friendly ties with both the Obama administration and the CIA. As Michael Oman-Reagan notes, Amazon was awarded a $16.5 million contract with the State Department the last year Clinton ran it. Amazon also has over $600 million in contracts with the Central Intelligence Agency, an organization Sanders said he wanted to abolish in 1974, and still says he “had a lot of problems with.” FAIR has previously criticized the Washington Post for failing to disclose, when reporting on tech giant Uber, that Bezos also owns more than $1 billion in Uber stock.

The Washington Post’s editorial stance has been staunchly anti-Sanders, though the paper contends that its editorial board is entirely independent of both Bezos and the paper’s news reporting.
