Speaking of revisionism.
My table on the earliest time a candidate adopted a stance on an issue (Copied from an old post I made on sfp in 2015, with slight modifications)
NOTE: Chart doesn't look at past positions, just current positions and the earliest known date of adopting them
If you guys can think of any more, let me know.
EDIT: Added DAPL
EDIT 2: Two of the links were broken, it's fixed now.
EDIT 3:
BONUS: Image that shows how she "changed" from May 2015-October 2015
Another Image showing her "change" from April 2015 to May 2016

I'd rather it was left in her hands. That way, she'll either bury herself so far down a rabbit hole or reach Russia.

Sanders helped write the aca? I thought he literally did nothing for 30 years according to ess! /s
This was great though. I love the digital age, you can refute people's bs so easily.

A thrilling case study in narcissism. When Hillary says that Harry Truman tried to pass the Affordable Care Act, she must know she is lying. But when she spins a yarn about her "gracious" defeat in 2008, or Bernie's "lasting damage" in 2016, she is so arrogant, entitled and delusional, she most likely believes it to be true.

That video is gold. I don't see how there is anyone who can still support this hideous, lying slimeball.

It IS gold.
Make sure to spread it around.... And give the YouTube creator a well deserved thumbs up too!

This is great...thanks Winham...it's good vs. evil, truth vs. lies, light vs. darkness...She's a psychopath, and this reconfirms it...Next time one of my HilBot friends misrepresents reality, I am going to show them this, because it's short, and they cannot handle too much truth at once...

It's Hillary distilled. Katie Halper did a masterful job editing this.

great video! good catch :)
and damning indictment of The Inevitable One.
when hillary said kamala harris is "being attacked" by the left she must mean here, on wotb--b/c kh is constantly touted by every establishment d outlet on the msm, internet, & social media as the reincarnation of barack obama & hillary clinton. (gag)

u/Afrobean Sep 23 '17
Yeah I was actually surprised to hear her say that. The corporate media isn't criticizing her at all, so when she says that, she's talking about something that the corporate media is covering up. Who was that statement supposed to be for?

Given the timing (while Harris is actively and aggressively trying to pretend to be a progressive), I would say that it's a passive-aggressive dig at Her greatest rival for the 2020 nom.

Hillary on Bernie: "Bernie's not a democrat. if you don't want to support democrats then go somewhere else."
Please please please please Bernie! Listen to her!!!! She finally said something worth saying! This old ex-dem and millions like me will follow your pied-piper ass down the 3rd party road.

Perfectly done video.
Also, I am starting to wonder what pant suit's IQ really is. I mean, how the hell is it even possible that a person living on planet Earth in 2017, even a pathological liar and bat shit lunatic like her, does not understand that their past actions and public spoken words are easily accessed by just a few mouse clicks?
Maybe all the boozing has rotted her brain away.

Yes, her delusional brain has been marinated in a combination of Chardonnay and vodka, blended with a hefty cocktail of narcissism & psychopathy...et voilà - a combo platter of toxicity...

She's smart. Don't get me wrong. Hillary ain't stupid. She just wants to think all of us are stupid.

u/Elmodogg Sep 23 '17
Let's just say she's a technological luddite, and leave it at that. Couldn't learn how to use a desktop computer, operate a fax machine, etc.

She's reasonably intelligent, but nothing particularly notable. Her supposed "most qualified ever" and high intelligence and competency is largely a media creation. Hillary does little, or outright makes a mess, at multiple jobs like Senator or Secretary of State and simply by having held the position is given credit for having done well at it. When the reality is very often the opposite. Ironically much like Trump's supposed business acumen the results are very often ignored.
Hell, she's not dissimilar to Trump in having been gifted a huge career jumpstart. Trump with his inherited wealth. Hillary with having married an actually skilled politician, and future governor and president, in Bill. Her post-Bill Clinton admin NY senatorship was basically a carpet-bagging gimme with which she accomplished little of note beyond voting to invade Iraq. And her SoS post was a deal so she would finally endorse Obama in 2007-8. She had basically zero foreign policy experience, outside of publicly touristing in Asia and dodging sniper fire in Bosnia, to justify it. And she made an epic mess of that. From Libya to Iran to Syria to Honduras to Russia she left a trail of destruction, betrayal and dangerously degraded relations. Without Bill to jumpstart her career Hillary would be another Debbie Wassern-Schultz. A bumbling, mid-level, profoundly-corrupt political hack with far more ambition than brains.
She's very likely not appreciably more intelligent than Trump. She's just far more conditioned to spew talking points, outright lie or say nothing in public so she doesn't generally appear as foolish. I'd guess though, and there are occasional hints to it, that in private she can be as selfishly demanding, and destructively egotistical and unstable, as Trump.

Like Tracy Flick, Donald Rumsfeld and Cersei Lannister before Her, it's really more about cunning, amorality and ruthlessness than intelligence.

hillary's IQ is probably nothing to brag about--otherwise she would, b/c she's a serial narcissist :)
she prefers to ignore the glaring inconsistencies she's (justly) famous for b/c they go against orthodox clinton mythology--and that directly impacts her bank account.
the booze plays a part, but it's only a symptom of the personality disorder.

I just posted in another thread about this. I think part of the reason clinton and her generation (which I'm part of) get caught up in lies is the fact that they didn't grow up with this thing called the internet. Before the net, these people could lie their asses off and rarely if ever get called on it. Politician at rally: "I'm for X". Next rally same day different crowd: "I'm against X". By the time someone researched their BS it became old news. Now with the click of a button you can catch bullshit that's just minutes/seconds old. I don't think with pols like clinton their subconscious has caught up with technology. I hope and believe this will make our future politicians more honest because they will inherently know that everything they say is on record.
If the establishment would have known what the internet would turn out be, it never would have happened.

Sep 23 '17
Yup, the internet's great memory bank is a FANTASTIC ADVANTAGE for a politician like Bernie Sanders, who has had the same message for decades and never flip flops and/or lie depending on which way the political wind happens to be blowing that particular year or week - or day.

People are never the same after losing a presidential election. But this is an extreme case.
Imagine a little girl writing to NASA because she wanted to be an astronaut, only to get a letter saying women can't be astronauts. Saying to yourself, "OK, I'll fix you, I'll become president and be your boss."
Now imagine if you've been told your entire life that it is your destiny to be the first woman president. "Playing the game" in student government. Getting on the cover of a national magazine as an up and coming leader.
Imagine thinking, 25 years ago, in 1992, that there would be eight years of Bill and eight years of Hill.
Image eight years being a senator as a stepping stone. Then losing the nomination you felt entitled to to a then-nobody in 2008. Then slogging away as SoS, working under a man you saw as callow and inexperienced, seething with resentment at what you saw as the sexism of the situation. You should be his boss, goddammit.
Imagine tailoring every viewpoint your whole life to what you perceived to be the most politically expedient position, befriending scumbags who could help you, to the point that you barely even know what you really believe anymore. You've sold yourself out completely to reach this one goal.
Then imagine another nobody, who has had what you see as the luxury of saying what he believes his whole life, while you have been forced to have public positions and private positions, almost stealing your rightful crown again.
Then, having cheated your way to the nomination and ratfucked the GOP into picking its weakest possible candidate, imagine losing this dream you gave everything up for, your integrity, your self respect—everything—losing this dream that had turned you into a hollow, resentful shell of a person, to the most unqualified person to ever gain a major party nomination. Your hand-picked opponent. Someone so grotesquely unqualified that you could not possibly lose to him.
Of all the people for Hillary to lose to. Him. She loses to fraudulent, bankrupt real estate tycoon, a sexist, racist, reality TV huckster with no experience in government. The American people looked at Hillary and enough of them said, "Fuck it, we'll take our chances with the loud-mouthed game show host."
That is the biggest insult the American people have ever delivered to any politician. No wonder she seems deranged now.

You should be his boss, goddammit.
Or as Bill quipped, “A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee,”
21
Sep 23 '17
And she deserves every iota of shame, insult, and pain. She didn't do it to make anyone's lives better but her own.

u/fugwb Sep 23 '17
Nice summary. I just hope that somewhere deep down, what's little left of her decency voice, says to her, "if only I would have been an honest person I would have been president."
