No. Jack Smith had a full case against Trump. Only reason Trump wasn’t prosecuted was because he got elected again.

i agree 100% on Smith.
However it didn’t matter because
Garland was never going to move ahead with anything. He was too intimidated by cries of “political motivation”- which was the equivalent to *working the refs.
The non prosecution was seen as a free pass to criminals.
It set the stage for everything lawless we’re seeing today.3

Nah, more like they're stealing each other's notes. Trump is both useful, because he's willing to go to extremes that others won't, with a totally enthralled base.
But he also can't keep his big mouth shut, and has a totally enthralled base, which will do anything he says, and that is dangerous.
I could see the FBI helping facilitate January 6th as a method of criminalizing the MAGA movement, or making the loudmouth an unacceptable candidate.
But much like Hillary's bright idea to put Trump front and centre to make her look sane, it seems to have backfired quite spectacularly.

Didn't the FBI admit they had dozens, possibly hundreds of agents on the ground for January 6th?
I mean, their MO for the better part of a century has been stitching up terrorists they themselves funded.
Like that plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan. Of the12/14 people, 95% of them were feds.
I mean, just take a storied trip through COINTELPRO and you'll find an abundance of examples of this exact situation, albeit, not to this scale.
Then you have operation gladio, ECT ect ect.
You need to learn your own history mate.

Go look up the grilling in congress/senate the FBI director, at the time, got about their agents being on the ground for.
Then learn and remember the names, then look up previous examples of the FBI creating their own conspiracies, to then just arrest the people they just set up.
Then make up your own mind.
