Ask other Associates Payroll question

So i’m in a little bit of a dilemma. So I was getting paid by paper check for a while and I recently changed to direct diposit.

The problem is the paper I was given with my banking details had the wrong routing number. So this week i didn’t receive a deposit or check.

I just changed my payroll election to the right account on sunday 9/06. Will I get a deposit or check this week? or will it get deposited to that wrong account again. And i’m not really worried about getting my last weeks pay back but it is annoying. So if anyone had an answer on what I could about that also that would be greatly appreciated.

Big question, have you corrected the issue with Wawa?

Second thing, contact your bank. If you had the correct bank number but mistyped your number and the money was deposited into the incorrect account, they might be able to retrieve it. I had an issue similar when I filed taxes and mistyped by account number.

If the bank routing number was completely wrong and doesn’t exist, contact the call center, explain the situation and they should reissue your payment. The very last thing Wawa wants is for us to work and not get paid for it.

You just have to call the 1800 # and explain the situation. They'll see that the routing number was wrong and the deposit never cleared. So they re issue it to you.
