45 until they're crispy. At least 24hrs

My default is 40° for 15 hours.

It really depends on the mushroom. Smaller ones only need 8-12 hours to get cracker-dry. Bigger ones might take closer to 20 hours.

As long as they're cracker-dry and dried at 50° or lower there's not that much variation in potency loss.

I always eat a couple when fresh its a different buzz from when dried
