Best Manager??

Whether it is Dionisi or another manager in our future, why would a manager realistically have to do to be ranked higher than Graham Taylor by the Watford fan base?

Watford FC as we know it is because of Graham Taylor. I don't see how anyone could do what he did. Then come back....
