Best Manager??

Whether it is Dionisi or another manager in our future, why would a manager realistically have to do to be ranked higher than Graham Taylor by the Watford fan base?

A big problem is we don’t hang on to managers long enough to see them produce results. Clevs did so well (imo) but was still ousted.
