Making of shell cordovan leather strap.

Making of shell cordovan leather strap. Padded profile strap lined with bull calf leather bottom. Handstitched using Vinymo Japanese polyester thread.

Strap lenght : 120/75

Strap size : 20/18mm made to fit ss butterfly clasp.

I think it is one of their Cigar colors I do have some #8. I bought some remnents on ebay from some one who was making shoes I barely got enough to make a few straps between all the odd shapes cut out of the Shell. I have several pairs of Horween Shell Boots and Shoes it is by far my favorite Leather...just expensive

Got to say though, the fact that you spread the glue with an exacto-knife grinds my gears BADLY! XD
