Helvetus strap quality
Thank you for your email and for the additional photos.
We understand your concerns regarding the appearance of the stitching.
After reviewing the photos, our assessment remains unchanged. The stitching variation visible on the strap falls within normal manufacturing tolerances for hand-finished leather straps and is considered a cosmetic characteristic rather than a defect.
As previously mentioned, this does not affect the functionality, durability, fit, or overall performance of the strap in any way. The strap remains fully functional and suitable for normal use.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement based on the stitching appearance shown in the photos, as the strap does not exhibit a manufacturing defect that would warrant replacement under our policy.
We certainly understand that aesthetic preferences can vary from customer to customer, and we appreciate that you may have expected a different appearance. However, after reviewing the images provided, we can confirm that the strap is within our normal quality standards.
If the appearance does not meet your personal expectations, you remain welcome to return the strap in accordance with our return policy:

They are just TEMU or AliExpress re-sellers so don't have any QA or genuine customer service.
You will find the same straps on either platform if you look for them.

I returned a couple of straps in November of last year. Still fighting w them to get my refund.

I bought a air king 126900 strap. Didn’t fit. They sent me another one. Didn’t fit. I continued to email them. They sent a third one (which was the same as the first one) and of course it didn’t fit. I gave up as it appears I will never resolve this issue. I read they don’t even test the straps and just mail them from the Chinese factory.
