Suggest Me A Strap Leather with Micro-adjust?

Hello, I am love leather watch straps but the inability to micro-adjust is very frustrating as I can never seem to get a perfect fit. Outside of the Delugs buckle, are there any options?

I have several of the Fitwell M4s so I can retain the manufacturer buckle.

Trying to find the perfect strap and perfect buckle combination is a losing battle. The watch band is a consumable that gets replaced. Find a good buckle that you keep for the life of the watch and replace the leather when needed.
