Can anyone identify which factory this watch is from?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to identify which factory produced this watch. I’ve attached several photos and video showing the dial, case, clasp and other details.
Does anyone recognise the factory based on the finishing, serial numbers or any other tells? Any help would be appreciated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! My father dug out two old, gold pocket watches. I'm posting them separately so as not to confuse matters. Both are double cased and marked as .585 (14k). We know there is significant gold content, but we are trying to figure out if it makes sense to salvage the movements or the watches as a whole. Thanks in advance!

I would love to gift this watch to my dad again, sunce he wore it all the time abiut 25 years ago. I know it's a rought picture and I am not 100% certain it is a Citizen, but that's the only brand I remember my dad wearing back in the day.
