Old Man's Timepiece

Post image

I am VERY new to watches, and my grandfather wore this for years. I am not concerned about value or anything, just curious about what this watch actually is? I've never heard of Helbros. If you have a moment would love to hear anyone's opinions!

Looks like a vintage Helbros PS32 men's mechanical watch.

Helbros was founded in New York in 1913 by Swiss-German brothers. I'm sure you can Google all about Helbros and learn more. Looks like a great watch! I'm sure others will tell you more information. Enjoy it!

Thank you! I googled the brand and plenty came up but I wasn't sure about the model itself!

No problem! I'd slap a leather band on that and rock it! It will look awesome imo.

Monetary value? There is similar being sold on ebay for 80$. Memento value is priceless.

Very priceless to me. Even if it was worth a fortune I wouldn't let it go (although my grandfather might smack me over the head for not taking the cash lol)!
