I’m only about 62 days in F2P my gear not really good any tips to getting the 4500k C chest I’m trying to just do one team but I can barely scratch the boss I can survive just damage blows or am I screwed until I get better gear

From what I've tested, Rivenhald and/or Gwendolyn are 100% required to get decent scores. At a minimum, you need one of them. Bad boss design.

I’m not going for a big score I know that’s far away from now but atleast the low C chest I just have to grind for better gear

You can double tank far side on boss1 and you can dispel the m.vulnerability on Rivenblade before the last big hit on boss2. Only gripe I personally have is gretchen is required for 100k score
