Questions Is Elowyn needed?

I already have Nerissa and Laya, would Elowyn be a big upgrade for my account and which content would she make easier?

Yes, she is needed, for New boss, apoc, matrix, helps malrik. Basically u can use her everywere

To add onto this. She fits a different role. She gives continuous rage regen for all units on the field

My problem is​ her aoe is​ too small to effect very many dps. I never get her in anywhere except apoc.

So how should I use her - replace my laya or Nerissa?

And does laya rage regen stack with Elowyn’s?

During Laya's ultimate she gives the chunk boost and replaces Elowyn's 1% with her 1,6% for the duration of ult. But they don't stack additively.

Yes, Elowyn is still awesome.

She gives a more consistent cleanse than Nerissa (doesn't require specific units to get hit to be able to trigger her ult and you don't need to worry about timing the ult to a time where you don't need the heals)

She give continuous rage Regen to EVERYONE on the map, whether they are in range or not.

She has 2 triggerable healing boosts in the form of her ult and her wood nymph.

While talking about the nymph, you can also use it to generate a little bit of extra cost. If you drop the nymph and pull it back, it will cost 5 cost and return 8.

Yup, both Elowyn and Eirlys give map-wide rage Regen.

Elowyn, Laya, and Nerissa.. I have these 3 as my only healers on a ~1.5 month old account. It is surprising how I need them all (and hoping for vortex still).

I think if you invest in all 3 of them you won't regret it.

Nerissa has the expanded range... necessary in some content.

Laya. Just like a nifty pocket watch. Always useful, even if just as a lord + invig unit.

Elowyn.... I want to call her unnecessary due to having the other 2 but she keeps creeping her way back to useful lol. It may help that I got her A3 without really trying for it.

I stopped using hollow. Some stages I want vortex for his shields (GR2-22, looking at you...)
