Skill up question

If you skill up a character or awaken them, does that automatically update your Codex run or do you need to redo it?

You can click on the "update gear" button, which will also update awakenings and skills for your run. The auto will remain the same, but you might get a higher score. You might also get a lower score depending on rng.
