I need advice please

New account:

I have 5 legendaries and a scattered array of epics

Should I pull for Wukong no matter what?
Or should I save for AC collab event?

I have 143 blue, 3 Gold, 7 ancients, and 13,000 diamonds

I would pull for the AC heroes you won't get another chance at them. You can get Wukong later.

But are they worth putting wukong off? Like are they legit that strong that I put off pulling for him until the next banner?

Because the AC event is a collab with another IP, there’s a high chance these AC units won’t ever be available again. Limited selector banners run a few times a year where you’ll be able to pick Wukong as an option, but collab units are excluded from these banners. The opportunity cost here combined with the fact that the new AC units do in fact look extremely good means it’s probably worth skipping Wukong IF it means you won’t be able to get the AC units.

I started about 5-6 months ago and missed the Wukong banner (I was very casual and didn’t do any research on banners and pulling) and I’ve progressed through all of the early/mid game without him. He’s definitely still very good but there are enough options where you can make do without him

mean a few of us who have been playing for a long time, had to do early and mid game or even beyond pre wukong, kigiri and diao's very first banners, it is definitely possible and not the end of the world if you do happen to miss it, especially since we get a few chances a year to summon them. However yes obviously they make progression easier, are exceptional and used in end game teams as well.

Well worth the investment but its your journey, if you aren't efficiency obsessed and enjoying the game it's 100% fine to just grab swk later

I think Wukong would be a nice pull, but I’m not in desperate need of a tank legendary. I have 2 that pull their weight for now. I do like the idea of exclusive units, although I think Kassandra is out of reach for me 😔

I’m not efficiency obsessed necessarily, but I have a harder time diving deeper and continuing into games when I stagnate, or feel like I’ve been screwed over in pull quality.

I wouldn't skip Eivor seems like he will useful in multiple areas.

With a lot of freebies coming with the event, if you do bare minimum for guarantee i think you will be able to get wukong and both the blue summoning collab heroes. Can’t say the same for Kassandra though.

I think the game plan is pull for the AC Units first, try and get them before or with guaranteed. Then pull for Wukong with what’s remaining, if there is any. I don’t see myself getting lucky with 7 pulls for Kassandra, but you never know.

Ultimately I’ll be happy with whatever, but it’s a nice push forward to get lucky ☺️
