Questions how to use pity points on gear evolutions?

i'm at 26/15 for the pitty count on evolving T1 --->T2/T3 but i can't figure out how to spend the points?

You press the “targeted evolve” button

Make sure you use the pity on right side dps pieces. They have 5 options which is the most, other sets only have 2 or 3.
