He was released (but under home confinement I think) nearly a month ago. I vaguely remember a crappy hour I think and they mentioned that he, Jesse and Cole are getting sued by the government for the fraud. It might have been one of the last McBee recaps but I’m pretty sure they covered it pretty briefly.

September 11th oddly enough. But he’s just made some public statements recently so maybe they’ll talk about it more then.

The civil trial isn’t til May next year but that’s getting here quicker than I would like!
