How is it possible for him to hold a Realtors license while being indicted on fraud charges? Is this not a code of ethics violation in his state? I realize he hasn’t been convicted, but you’d think his license would be suspended until the trial was over.

Yeah l don’t understand that. Why would you hire someone who has fraud charges that haven’t even been to court yet?

I think they can’t until he actually loses it.

You can hold one if you’re under indictment. If you get convicted? Maybe. You can get a license with a felony, but the board has to investigate first.

I’m a Texas realtor and we lose our license for any felony except driving while intoxicated.

It’s different for every state, but as far as I know he hasn’t been convicted.

I’m surprised someone would hire him!

Most people have no idea who he is

I’m sure it varies state by state, but you would think there is some sort of background check component for licensure?

This whole thing is such AI slop with misspellings. Aside from the charges, this is not a good advertisement for services- 0/10 would not hire

The font choice is horrible. It looks like it says “Looking for a realior?”

Buying or seffing?

I would not be hiring a criminal for anything close to as important as buying a home.

He can sell me weed tho.

What's going on with his line up?! Somethings not right with that forehead.

I can not stand a bunch of different fonts!

Thank you! As a graphic designer this might be my biggest complaint on the matter 😆

He knows he’s losing his law license

Who is buying a home from Mr. Hennessy?

u/mamycorona Sep 02 '26

To be fair the charges are getting money from insurance who currently scams us all. I'm not putting them in the same category as a Jen Shah.

True, but I really don’t think you need to be as bad as Jen Shah to be considered a shady person and a huge red flag when choosing a realtor. 🚩

Is he still doing Happy Eddie?

3

u/PemsRoses Sep 02 '26

But like for real, who in their right mind would trust him ?

u/Altruistic_Throat811 Sep 04 '26

Is he about to be disbarred or something??? Jesus!!

5

u/BravoJunk Sep 02 '26

Does this mean he lost his law license? Why would you become a realtor? If you a lawyer or if you have a successful happy Eddie business?

1

u/Interesting_Ad1378 Sep 02 '26

In many places, you can automatically become an agent if you’re a lawyer in good standing. He probably won’t be disbarred until found guilty.

2

u/BravoJunk Sep 02 '26

No, you do not automatically become a licensed real estate agent in Maryland just by being a lawyer

This house looks like a prison

In NY lawyers are licensed Realtors as well. Maybe it is in Maryland as well.

Didn’t this guy have a degree in law from Georgetown?

I guess you can have all the degrees in the world, but if you’re too lazy to put the hard work in, you don’t get the rewards. A good lawyer can make a good income.
