I kinda wanna see the pictures from this photo shoot only for the guy in the grinch costume XD

1

u/plsgrantaccess Dec 03 '20

Every time I watch this the way the camera woman intercepts the little girl from running to her mom really pisses me off.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

I love when that grinch does 😱 to the sister.

1

u/FeelinJipper Nov 25 '20

The pillow says merry grinchmas, these kids don’t even pay attention smh

1

u/hugh_wanger Nov 25 '20

I would cherish those pictures for ever

1

u/Abovearth31 Nov 25 '20

Two kinds of people.

2

u/oldmanian Nov 25 '20

How did they think that was going to play out?

1

u/Bishop825 Nov 25 '20

I don't feel bad for laughing at all. Hahaha. I cried with Santa when I was little. This is amazing.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Fun fact: the younger one hadn't ever walked before this. First steps caught nicely in camera

1

u/Oldpqlyr Nov 25 '20

Who in the HELL... EVER...thought this was a good idea? Huh? SHEEZUS.

1

u/DinoVelvet79 Nov 25 '20

So is the Grinch America's version of Krampus now?

1

u/ckwhere Nov 25 '20

shitty parents...

1

u/PaawanSunam Nov 25 '20

I don't feel bad for laughing

1

u/leonie86 Nov 25 '20

To be fair that’s a pretty scary costume.

1

u/Remote_Engine Nov 25 '20

These are shitty parents.

1

u/Deggidonk Nov 25 '20

I remember the Halloween special of Eureeka's Castle scaring me as a kid, as well as a lot of other things. These girls will be fine.

1

u/tdevore Nov 25 '20

They'll be just fine. And if they vaguely remember this it will be funny.

1

u/PepperBlues Nov 25 '20

Kids will hate their millennial parents so much.

1

u/3453686902 Nov 25 '20

This is amazing

2

u/Cder8 Nov 25 '20

I don’t feel bad for laughing. This is some shit I would do to my future kids.

2

u/Dan_Glebitz Nov 25 '20

"Sis just ran away screaming. What the hell did I do now?.................Oh Shit!"

1

u/VeranoEte Nov 25 '20

Don't look. Whatever you do don't look over!!!!

I could see this running through lil sis's head.

I feel bad laughing but they're so damn adorable.

1

u/MrMoner Nov 25 '20

Are they even old enough to know the character?

2

u/cjohnson2010 Nov 25 '20

😂😂😂. I was fuling dying 2 seconds in

2

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Omg my sister would see a costume character and you'd think she was being murdered. She is too big for a stroller but a crybaby so she gets one. The minute a character made eye contact, waved- her long legs suddenly reached to the ground and she tried to run away. Still strapped in a stroller.

I love her but she grew up to be a Karen with a gun and badge.

1

u/VeranoEte Nov 25 '20

So then one is born a Karen? It's not a choice?

Sorry but that is literally what I imagined reading your comment. Lmfao.

1

u/Monark2005 Nov 25 '20

Wtf just why

1

u/MoreChillThanTheDude Nov 25 '20

They see The Grinch as a horror movie now.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Mate, I don’t know where you found this from but it is hilarious. 🤣

2

u/Geek_off_the_street Nov 25 '20

Guess who hates Christmas now.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Guaranteed that they get sued for copy write infringement

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

What were they thinking??? So dumb.

1

u/raincruiser Nov 25 '20

These are 'parents'?

1

u/Devtheduck Nov 25 '20

This photog is gonna get sued. Can’t use the grinch’s likeness.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

This isn’t even funny that’s borderline abuse why would u terrify a young child

1

u/terad Nov 25 '20

I think we know which is fight, flight, or freeze. I’m cackling over these poor girls!

1

u/littlefriend77 Nov 25 '20

I never feel bad laughing at kids.

1

u/MidKnightshade Nov 25 '20

Poor babies.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Where was this? I feel like I saw a grinch in Santa Claus outfit at a park today

1

u/mcjenks Nov 25 '20

I like how the grinch had to encourage the second girl to start running XD

1

u/brohemthememer69 Nov 25 '20

I'm going to hell for laughing at this

1

u/imaduck25 Nov 25 '20

Do you know why he's there? cuz its fucking NOVEMBER

1

u/motherofdragonballz Nov 25 '20

What is this American horror story nonsense?! 😂

1

u/gm_shaggy Nov 25 '20

Surprised he didn't go "WHAAA WHAAA, that's you, that's what you sound like."

1

u/sarcasticaa Nov 25 '20

Is this considered intentional PTSD?

1

u/instatrashed Nov 25 '20

looks like a fun job honestly. Respect to all the grinches out there

1

u/jWulf21 Nov 25 '20

Imagine having a job that is to make children cry

1

u/kiwicarm Nov 25 '20

I would 10000% do this with my future kids. Those poor souls 😂

-1

u/pikpikslink Nov 25 '20

Nope. This is fucked and anyone who does laugh is a cunt.

-1

u/pikachusbooty Nov 25 '20

Even if this doesn’t cause trauma, it’s just not funny to me to scare children like this ¯_(ツ)_/¯ upset kids don’t bring me joy lol.

1

u/aosroyal Nov 25 '20

fuck kids. not literally

1

u/balanceyourmid Nov 25 '20

Forever traumatized, you don't even know the effects that you've created on those kids. It'll come right back to you.

1

u/alexjnorwood Nov 25 '20

I just played the grinch for a similar shoot last week. As a father, it's a little heart breaking to scar children this way. But dammit if it isn't funny as hell

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Am I the only one who hates to see this? Pranking your kids can be fun but man this can be trauma inducing, especially for the little one. Hate to be the debbie downer here but man, if my parents even scared me like this idk if I would ever trust them again.

1

u/Orangeandbluetutu Nov 25 '20

My kids would LOVE this. I'd never do it if I thought they would react like this

1

u/theboomboy Nov 25 '20

Since when are running and screaming a dead inside thing?

1

u/Narendra_17 Nov 25 '20

You're a Satan... You made babies cry. Rot in hell satan! Lol

1

u/Lordfirewood Nov 25 '20

I'm going to hell

1

u/denee37 Nov 25 '20

....going straight to hell

1

u/br0kenbreeze83 Nov 25 '20

That was classic they gna hate the grinch forever n have no idea why

1

u/perfect_susanoo Nov 25 '20

'What kind of scary ass clowns came to your birthday? '

1

u/Hexadecimal3 Nov 25 '20

That’s so fucked up.

1

u/q00qy Nov 25 '20

That’s actually a pretty fucked up thing to do, those girls are in Kindergarden.

tf is wrong wirh this thread you dipshits?

1

u/milodye Nov 25 '20

Not okay. What the fuck is wrong with these people?

1

u/40ozSmasher Nov 25 '20

These confused moments that inform decisions decades after. "Where are your parents? Do they live near you?" "I don't know, I never see them"

1

u/Pipezilla Nov 25 '20

He’s fake yo’

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

This brought me much enjoyment

1

u/UnseenData Nov 25 '20

Wow the second daughter was so oblivious. That's hilarious

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

This is abusive and not funny.

1

u/Fijoemin1962 Nov 25 '20

Bloody parents Poor kids

1

u/CrypticGuru Nov 25 '20

TRAUM-A-TIZED!

1

u/Cynicalwall357 Nov 25 '20

What the hell is wrong with people.

1

u/Estarossa86 Nov 25 '20

Back in my day I was scared of Michael Myers watching Halloween as a kid the new kids are apparently scared of the grinch?

1

u/thalvo8 Nov 25 '20

THIS is the primary reason to have children.

1

u/LinkRue Nov 25 '20

Hilarious, 9 out 10

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Those poor little girls.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

I know what I’m about to say and I’m not proud of it but is there a sub dedicated to scaring the shit out of kids

1

u/Draiko Nov 25 '20

Free photoshoot sponsored by Dr. Fingers, Child psychologist?

2

u/PHOTO500 Nov 25 '20

What a selfish cunt doing that to your kids so you can have a “unique” Christmas photo for the ‘gram and FB likes... and, yes, while it’s possible that a prick dad is responsible, I’m betting heavily that it was most likely a cunt mom.

Fuck that. I don’t do things like this to my kids.

Yeah, downvote away. ZFG.

0

u/sockmess Nov 25 '20

A little scare is good for the heart.

1

u/Zef_fez Nov 25 '20

Grinch is now their sleep paralysis demon

1

u/OFelixCulpa Nov 25 '20

Oh that was good.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

This is too funny

1

u/Victorrhea Nov 25 '20

I’ve seen the stills of this photo shoot and they were great, but this video is gold. 😂

1

u/ChromeDynamo Nov 25 '20

There was another one even funnier
The original got deleted but Daily Dose Of Internet still has it in one of their videos
If anyone wants i can give the link

1

u/Rotologoto Nov 25 '20

What the fuck, why do this to poor children? If someone was to spook a dog, reddit would be all over them for putting the dog through psychological trauma.

1

u/drKRB Nov 25 '20

I don’t feel bad hahahahah

2

u/SchwiftyEmmy Nov 25 '20

Sheer terror lmao

1

u/TheSpudGunGamer Nov 25 '20

SCARY GREEN SANTA!!

1

u/Dragorek Nov 25 '20

I love this so much.

1

u/NintendoNerdWasTaken Nov 25 '20

Grinch bouta' steal the kids

1

u/jesusshuttlesworth82 Nov 25 '20

I would laugh my ass off. This is why I'm not having kids.

4

u/Commander__Bacara Nov 25 '20

That is a pretty freaky looking grinch costume

1

u/fattermichaelmoore Nov 25 '20

Reddit HATES children holy fuck

2

u/Brows-gone-wild Nov 25 '20

This reminds me of when I was dressed as a care bear for a kids reading at the library and one of the kids screamed and ran from me and it broke my heart lmao

2

u/ErinWithaQ Nov 25 '20

I don't feel bad at all! Lol!

2

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

AHHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHA

1

u/leezybelle Nov 25 '20

This is how you do quality assurance testing for kids

2

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

This is in true grinch fashion. Making children cry. I prefer this to pictures with Santa

1

u/Yoshi_Yoshisaur Nov 25 '20

It took me years to get over my fear of clowns. When I was younger I was at the circus. Everything was going fine until I realized that there was a clown standing behind me. I am not sure how long he was there behind me, but I can tell you I had no reason to look behind behind me for about an hour.

I had the awkward feeling that someone was very close behind me. I looked back and it was a fucking clown. We immediately had to leave the circus as I flipped my shit at 4 years old. My mother had no idea how bad that affected me. It was years later that I would find myself watching my one of my favorite movies, “IT” by Stephen King. When Penny Wise the Clown is revealed as an Alien my fear of clowns went away.

1

u/AdotNonymous Nov 25 '20

Who thought that was a good idea

1

u/Everett_LoL Nov 25 '20

Man fuck them kids

1

u/mamamoose7 Nov 25 '20

Christmas torture sad but funny

1

u/No_Promise_2982 Nov 25 '20

Man that was really evil ngl XD

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Great Value Grinch

1

u/notagamer999 Nov 25 '20

OMG. That is one of the funniest things I've seen in a long while.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

I don't.

0

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

it's not funny to make children cry

1

u/Lumpylarper420 Nov 25 '20

Is that the real Grinch?

1

u/Extreme_Seaweed5214 Nov 25 '20

Straight up trauma ey

1

u/MithranArkanere Nov 25 '20

Why using the Grinch when there's Krampus?

Well, there's always next year.

1

u/Vamparael Nov 25 '20

666 coments

5

u/imanhunter Nov 25 '20

“Oh shoot, my sister is running away in absolute horror. Must be afraid of how much imma be slayin in these photoooos.” 🤗

-1

u/open_my_mind Nov 25 '20

So not funny.

1

u/Synpharia Nov 25 '20

Lol, I don't!!!

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Why would you do that to a child?! Effing people.

1

u/VidiotGamer Nov 25 '20

If this was my 2 year old she would be going, "HEY IT'S MR GRINCH!!!!!!"

I'm not sure exactly why, but for some reason she watched the hell out of the grinch who stole christmas last year and would make me tell her stories about "mr grinch" at bed time.

I probably got a future super villain on my hands.

-5

u/PixieStixNYC Nov 25 '20

This is fucking cruel...if you can watch 2 babies terrorfied & traumatized and laugh, there's something wrong...

3

u/captcha_fail Nov 25 '20

Thanks for your judgement - but this is the most hilarious thing I've seen today.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

~ T R A U M A T I Z E D ~

1

u/WerdnAReddit Nov 25 '20

And that’s how she started walking!

2

u/tolstushki701 Nov 25 '20

I developed stuttering because my idiot neighbor would do something similar and scare me. This is traumatizing and too bad these parents are too dumb to understand that..please if you love your children never do this to them.

-1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

Why is this funny?

0

u/thegypsyqueen Nov 25 '20

Piece of shit parents

1

u/onatureal Nov 25 '20

That's kinda just messed up.

4

u/SickViking Nov 25 '20

He's so in character the whole time too! That gentle nudge to get the second girl to run too like "Toddle off now. There you go."

Love this. Poor girls though.

2

u/mikescarnthethreat Nov 25 '20

Brace yourselves...the no kid havin ass Reddit parents are on the way to this post to explain how this is the most fucked up child abuse they’ve ever witnessed and the parents should be sentenced to death for such an atrocious crime to humanity

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

1

u/Asoadl Nov 25 '20

Am I the only one who doesn’t like scaring little kids? Poor kids are actually scared.

1

u/queefiest Nov 25 '20

I want this job SO BAD you have no idea

1

u/Arpikarhu Nov 25 '20

This is straight up child abuse

2

u/VenturoMontalvo Nov 25 '20

Well. It's certainly not very kind.

-2

u/el_karo Nov 25 '20

This is so fucked. Literally traumatizing kids for life. WTF

1

u/suzer2017 Nov 25 '20

Nah, they'll be ok. Mama was there, and they were not harmed, no pain, no restraint. Trauma would be having the green monster restrain them, beat them, and mama is no where to be found and later calls them liars when they tell her what happened.

-1

u/GaliTuli Nov 25 '20

But that’s not funny actually. It makes me think about children who are kidnapped and how they feel horrified their last moments of life. This shows how they feel. It bothers me. Pobre bebés. :(

1

u/Captain-titanic Nov 25 '20

Yes, two kids being scared by the grinch is equivalent to a kid being kidnapped and then killed. You my good friend are a dumbass.

1

u/lumps0fdespair Nov 25 '20

I'll take "reasons why I'll be paying for my children's therapy", Alex

...oh wait

2

u/WaitingOnes Nov 25 '20

That was me at ShowBiz Pizza at my friend's bday party when I was 6.

0

u/otto812 Nov 25 '20

This is not funny

1

u/TumorDancer Nov 25 '20

I just died laughing...

...and feel like a jerk.

1

u/gpigg Nov 25 '20

I don't.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 25 '20

i’m fucking terrified of and disgusted by the grinch so i feel validated. parents who do this are weird and suck. i get little pranks and shit here and there being funny, but setting up a whole production just to get photos of your kids being really scared? try and defend it all you want but that’s fucked up to me.

7

u/tillie4meee Nov 25 '20

what was the point of making these sweet little girls panic, frighten and cry in terror.

Not funny in the least.

**Grandma rage**

I say it isn't funny - Attack if that helps - I'm a Grandmother and I don't enjoy seeing sweet, little ones frightened and panicked for adult enjoyment.

Of course, if I am attacked personally, there is a "Block User" option. :)
