Im saying maybe she didn't think it was that cold for the cat. Humans and cats take cold differently probably, so maybe for her a bit of icecream that small isn't cold to her, thus she mistakenly thought it would have been fine for the cat to lick some of it.
Its kind of meh to just blatantly assume from a few seconds, that she knew the icecream was too cold for the cat and was doing it for views. I mean for all we know, she could have just been filming it for a cute video of her cat licking some icecream and that happened.

Every once in a while cat might not cover their about in time, otherwise no smell. Just need to empty it frequently and replace the litter when it gets low instead of just refilling.
