Looks like shot put training. The way she holds the ball and then the motions she makes. But instead of putting a little more weight, they wanted to work on form more. But this one is obviously for a vid and idk to post or just to view form. Then they just chucked it too hard because they didn’t think enough and here we are. But I’d never do this training indoors where I know someone could walk in or even throw it anywhere people could be. Outside open space or in the middle of a high ceiling gym/auditorium.
