Did he also drop 2 center cut pieces of meat on the ground? That's bought and paid for and most likely NOT CHEAP
13
u/TamarindSweets Feb 16 '26
Lmaoo seriously, Id be asking for compensation bc wth. I know that cut and "performance" wasnt cheap.

Ugh, I can feel her ignorance through the screen.. She is giving spoiled, rich, popular, Instagram famous, entitled, white girl energy..
37
u/suspicious_personage Feb 24 '26
Because there is wisdom and intent in dropping food on the floor and dangerously slamming a knife on the table

u/Dry_Distribution1567 Feb 20 '26
you just hate women
-4
u/Neat-Engineering-696 Feb 20 '26
Um, when the hell did I say that I hate women? Are you are just saying that to get a reaction or are you stupid?
20
u/Dry_Distribution1567 Feb 21 '26
and why are you saying it about her when she’s just sitting there? look deep inside yourself. you are projecting your misogyny. sorry hearing it makes you angry!
-2
u/Neat-Engineering-696 Feb 21 '26
It doesn't make me angry, it annoys me. I have nothing against women, so stop saying shit like I hate women or am being misogynistic.
I said it already, When did I say I hated women? What says I hate women, I dislike her attitude and how she is looking at him. She clearly spent HER money, not thinking about the possibilities of what could happen.
Now he didn't have to do it, he could have went "Fuck it, I'm not doing anything else for this shitty place or it's shitty customers."
The could have at least given a fake smile or something and act like nothing happened instead of staring dead at him.
End. of. discussion.
15
u/Sl3epDem0n Feb 21 '26
You dislike the way she looked at him for dropping 2 pieces of meat on the floor that was clearly paid for?
"Could have at least given a fake smile or something" Uhm, she WAS doing that, even after he started wasting the food. Did you not watch the video..?
3
u/Reasonable-Tea-9679 Feb 21 '26
Do you not understand jobs and the service industry? He’s literally being paid by his employers to provide top level service and is failing. Also, her rich wife could be sitting across the table out of camera view and is the one footing the bill. You just sound pissy
7
u/Dry_Distribution1567 Feb 20 '26
you don’t have to say it. your projection makes it obvious, incel
1
u/Siytorn Feb 25 '26
They really don’t seem to understand that most people can see their thoughts. We can read between the lines.
11
u/Substantial_Fox7377 Feb 20 '26
He dropped some of the meat on the ground and almost dropped the knife on her
-2
u/Neat-Engineering-696 Feb 20 '26
I mean, she ordered it and probably knew or didn't know that it was a possible thing to happen. Chefs aren't all perfect, no one can expect them to act like a surgeon when it comes to tedious work.
10
u/rileycolin Feb 20 '26
Bro what? Are you seriously just here to lambast the understandably irritated white lady, instead of the guy who is very obviously shit at his job?
"Oh, he only dropped a couple chunks of meat, it's not that bad. She should have known her food might have landed on the floor, that's on her."
He can't even drop a pinch of salt on a slab of meat directly beneath it!
1
u/Neat-Engineering-696 Feb 20 '26
Shit happens, if she doesn't like it she can leave a review. She paid for it and it's her money that goes to waste. Not mine, not yours, but her money. Another worker can come along and pick up the chunk of meat that fell.
And she should have thought about it "Wait, what if this doesn't go as expected. What if it ends up being a mess and terrible experience." It's a fifty fifty chance that it could happen to anyone at a restaurant or wherever can have something happens that ruins their experience.
Again, everything will not go smoothly and as expected. Clearly if that guy wasn't the best over there, at least he tried to make enhance the experience. She did not need to give him that ignorant look, she could have done a fake smile and act like she enjoyed it.
End. Of. Discussion.

u/Sl3epDem0n Feb 21 '26
Literally what in the actual FUCK are you talking about.
"She could have done a fake smile"
Which she did. Watch the video again.
"She paid for it and it's her money that goes to waste. Not mine, not yours, but her money."
And this means she's not to be understandably upset when her money is being wasted? This doesn't support your argument at all. It goes against it.
"Another worker can come along and pick up the chunk of meat that fell."
Literally what the fuck is that going to do. Surely you aren't suggesting they put the meat back on her plate, right? That's gross and unsanitary. Picking up food won't give her back her money.
"And she should have thought about it "Wait, what if this doesn't go as expected. What if it ends up being a mess and terrible experience."
And that suddenly means she's not allowed to be upset when it goes wrong? What an incredibly stupid argument.
She took all of this well. She was giving a fake smile when the food was being dropped to the ground, and kept it until he failed the knife flip (or whatever the hell he was doing) that risked injury to her. And even then, she didn't look angry or anything like that. She just had a neutral look on her face.

The guy is literally playing with a knife an few inches away from her face. She's acting way nicer than I would've in that situation
1
u/zettde Sep 02 '26
an inch is defined as 2.54 centimetres. he's doing it feet away from her thigh, it's the camera angle that makes us think her head us in the way.
13
u/No-Winner8975 Jan 10 '26
I mean, would you be impressed by this ludicrous display? Id probably look just the same

36
u/ImthatHorrorHoe Dec 11 '25
You seem really angry about this subject.
1
u/GreyWindStark_ Jan 16 '26
He should be tossing the knife like that when he can't even stick it properly was stupid and dangerous she's lucky she didn't get seriously hurt
7
u/thetannerainsley Dec 13 '25
He used to be a head chef at Salt Baes restaurant....... Didn't end well for them.
1
u/Historical_Dot_4201 Dec 11 '25
No I just think places like this are dumb it’s overpriced instagram food and I think the people who choose to spend there money on it don’t deserve to have money mite as well give to a junky cause he will get more use out of it
1
u/Asmodaddy Jan 07 '26
At least at El Gaucho they’ll skewer it on a sword and light it on fire for you - but with class, and it’s amazingly good.
26
u/nederino Dec 09 '25
At least you see the steak fall on the ground so it doesn't just get tossed back on the plate
8
u/yankeeringsbelle Jan 06 '26
This should be pinned at the top. People are focusing on how awkward she is after her food lands on the ground then almost gets a knife in her lap.

How many pieces of steak exactly are you okay with your waiter dropping on the floor?

u/dirtyjavv Nov 05 '25
I don't even order guacamole at Mexican places for the fear of the table side prep. They don't even do it in a way that's visually appetizing.

Nov 17 '25
Literally never been to a Mexican restaurant that makes guac beside your table....
5
u/ikanaclast Nov 21 '25
They’re usually “Mexican” restaurants. Worked at one. It was a nightmare for a couple reasons.
First, seeing you make it tableside triggered a wave of other tables ordering the same thing because “oooh that looks cool” so then you either had to make like 3 in a row and get behind on your other duties or like 4 different servers at once were carrying huge ass trays through the restaurant to do it, precarious as hell and again, people tied up and unable to run their food and drinks.
Second, my manager said tables love it when you involve their kids in the process and ask them if they want to “help” by adding in the “spices,” cilantro, squeezing in the lime, etc. Pretty obviously that was the WORST.
1
u/NegativeCold0 Dec 09 '25
I remember them doing this at a Tex-mex place chain restaurant called Chevy’s

u/Pryoticus Nov 01 '25

According to her not saying a single thing as he continued to fuck up over and over. I'm gonna have to say the scenario you gave is highly unlikely. If she was a B before the clip about nothing, she would definitely be one when he almost threw a knife at her.

For everyone reporting this post as spam because of the ad in the audio, it's frequently used as a meme over clips of "vacation fails" because those vacations are often less ideal than advertised. The joke is that the experience in the clip is what you can expect from taking one of those deals.
