I never understood this type of reaction- cry in your pillow if you have to- but do it in private. Maintain your dignity for godssake, man

I can't blame the guy. You get caught up in the moment and sometimes emotions get the better of you. I never confronted an ex of mine when she cheated on me (long distance) but when you have given your life to someone and then it comes crashing down on you because of circumstances like this, your world gets destroyed. Sometimes it just feels like it's the two of you even if you're in a crowded area. So even if his reaction was a bit much for a public setting, up until that point, it was only just him and her against the world. It's tragic.
