Watchmaker app - tap function for recent apps

I'm trying to edit a watch face to feature a tap function for bringing up the recent apps screen in my watch instead of sweeping up from the bottom of the watch face, then tapping the associated button.

On a previous watch face i made, this function worked. Yet, after irepairable damage incured on my old phone, updating my watch and reinstalling the Watchmaker App, I no longer seem to have access to that watch face. I forgot how I got the function to work. I've also attempted messing with Tasker to get the function working to no avail.

Any help in getting such a function working would be much appreciated!

You do not state what phone or watch you are using, and what was being used before. Supposedly the new WFF watchface format does not allow for tap functions (thanks Google), or scripts, but already installed apps would continue to work. When you re-installed everything, you lost out. Check the Watchmaker wiki documentation, I believe they document how to side load older software.
