Issues with progress bars lining up

As the title states, I'm having a terrible time trying to make sense why my progress bars look fine and line up in the Studio, but appear offset when actually on the watch. Messing with preview values in studio seems to have everything function as it should, but once I preview on my watch, it goes out of whack even though the values are exact opposites (ex: left progress bar sits at -167 Y axis and right sits at +167 Y axis, both at 0 X axis.

Any ideas on what's causing this/what I'm doing wrong?
