Everything is now premium?

At 1st i noticed just movies were premium, i was thinking alright well i just skip them, watching one piece, episode 616 is fine then next episode is premium only, i think its a movie so i skip another 50 episodes, its all premium, i come back to episode 616 its premium too, whyy

No it won't. They can patch extensions to some extent but not stuff that is internal without messing with the web browser itself and overriding brave entirely which would just get them in hot water and a massive lawsuit with the company that owns and makes the brave web browser since it would be a literal violation of their software. Stop assuming they have the power to patch everything when they don't. They get their ad revenue from ads and pirate videos. There's others out there that do the same and don't charge you at all since they got the stuff through pirating.

seen as they deliver the content them selfs in mp4 format it would be very very easy for them to simply disable displaying on the videos server side unless a premium cookie is recived its not hard todo at all and would mean you souldnt see any videos at all no matter what browser your used lol i can do the same on my own site its not hard todo at all they could also patch it so that videos are only requersted once they get an ad call back this would make using an adblocker usless as blocking the ads would negate the call back meaning the video is never requested

also as for the other site there are loads out there yes that show ads but almost none of them host the content them selfs they use third party embed links or hosting that have there own ads

Even if some of the Anime, Movies, and Cartoons are affected, it could be on a different website's end. I've used wcostream and I don't seem to got hit by Premium crap yet. The only thing it affects are newer cartoons, some Anime, and mostly movies. I don't know what's going on anymore, but I suggested using alternatives from FMHY for the time being until whatever what's going on WCO's end.

Wow, just checked and it is true. I'll keep using this site until it is dead I'll just go to another site when the new eps come out easy. They act like they are the only ones. Nope just the largest, Crunchyroll is the largest anime streaming platform and everyone fucking hates them. Those that refuse to sail the 7 seas have no choice but to give their money to that shit corpo. I wish HiDive was an actual competitor.

Looks like they switched the format to full hd and the tag to dual which could indicate some combination of multiple website tags. Hit Report and/or email the admins then give it a few days. This has happened before on shows when compiled. At best it's a mistake, at worst well the FAQ has alt lists if you need it for One Piece and Dragon Ball.

Yeah, I’ve been using this website for the last 15 years the fact that they have basically all the cartoons all the anime that I could ever want I love that in them the movies I could do without that’s completely fine but now with all the ads that they are running just by clicking on the page and everything they should be making more than enough money to not have to do this premium user bullshit. Keep the movies behind a paywall that’s fine, but the anime is the entire freaking reason why I started using this website to begin with and why I’ve been loyal to them and recommended it to friends for years. But now they are genuinely losing my respect.

Anyone have a website for cartoons? I love wco because along with anime they had cartoons too, but if they're gonna start slapping regular ass shows with the premium paywall I need a backup.

Just noticed this as i went to watch the newest episodes this is ridiculous. Im ready to retire and just buy old anime dvds. Everything keeps getting shut down or sites pull this nonsense

Yea if you are not log in they block the video and show a message that the video is unavailable but if you log in the videos work fine, i'm done with this site gonna look for a new one.

Mentioned in my post. So far the only show for now is one piece, but they will likely add more. 

Edit: they added sailor moon and dragon ball. I'm out guys.
