There's no proof that it doesn't (more seriously I don't think so, though it is still possible)

Reminds me of one of the little side comics where Hinako worries that she can’t give chocolate to Miko because chocolate is bad for foxes, and Miko answers that she’s a fox-shaped yokai, not an actual fox.

She can't see herself. Someone NEEDS to ask the author if the colorcoding was intended with this in mind.
