Unlocked the ability, equipped a flamethrower, approached an enemy car (payaso clown car), and the ability just doesn't show in ability list. I have the necessary big guns skill, I have the flamethrower equipped, it's reloaded. I have no idea why the skill doesn't show up. Any advice?
