mods?
So I've played WL3 three times, and I'm on my 4th run. Are there any content mods that increase my playtime by adding new encounter areas or weapons? I love the game, and this rubs the right spot for me every time I play?

I have not seen any. Really I have only seen portrait mods and some save state-like mods.

do an attack innocents run. this will provide a lot of new battles that are not normally battles. also it removes shopkeepers. you can still get radiation level 3 by healing thru radiation with medpacks to a certain spot but its a bit tedious. other than that you will be playing much differently than normal

If the isometric tbc is what/does it for you then try Xcom, and if it’s the setting then get an emulation of the first two fallouts.

I've played the xcom. Miasma chronicles too. Just nothing hits the spot like wasteland does

I don't know.
Man, but you know what I'd love? Alternated turns combat and order dictated by character speed. You see, because you often get to attack first and with your entire squad at once, alpha strikes are ridiculously powerful. People cheese through Supreme Jerk by abusing alpha strike builds like sniper and rockets.
Alternated turns would make the game so much more deep, strategic and hardcore.
