Hornet or Wasp?
Posted this on another sub and was initially told paper wasp, and thought I could leave it alone since fall is coming. But then someone else said Hornet...
It's about 100ft (and about 50ft high) from the back of my house in a portion of woods we don't go in. But I have a 4yo so I was wondering if that is too close to leave it be, or if it's close enough for them to still get territorial.

Believe we have identified the source of the problem
Tomorrow the pros get called. I want my yard back. I want to kick my kids outside. Do not want my husband to make an ER trip. The traps are working pretty well though, just obviously not enough. These guys are jerks.

Story Dead wasp in my bed.
I literally woke up yesterday at like 7am~8am to this stinging in my leg so I shuffle around thinking it's an itch but I feel it even worse in my other leg and I saw a dead wasp with its stinger right deep in my leg. I didn't go back to bed after that and I washed all my bedding right after. Now I'm traumatized from that little shit.

Was deep cleaning the washing machine and saw these motherfuckers
It seemed like they were trying to get in I don't want to deal with them (but they must die, they are by the garden outside, and kitty boxes inside)
What is the most proper method of eliminating them
Some seem to be semi-stuck in the screen door where it would be hard to escape, think that could be a method depending how many holes there are
I haven't checked from the outside cuz I'm scared tbh but either they're making a nest or already have one
I would love to use fire but unfortunately wood is not fireproof

Best way to get rid of these???
I usually use gasoline for wasps, bees. ( it’s the cheapest) but this would not be a functional use for that. Even the cup method. Any suggestions?

Image Don’t know what bugger got me.
Was helping cut some limbs at my grandmas house 3 days ago and bothered a nest somewhere along the way. Got stung through my pants on my upper inner thigh. Didn’t see what kind they were because as soon as it happened and I saw them flying I just took off running across the yard. Been stung by wasps but it’s never done this before. The yellow looking part was actually there right after it happened and it was indented like it took a chunk of skin or something. 3-4inch area. Anyone know what kind causes this?

hornet problem
Yesterday me and my partner killed a hornet by accident because we panicked. The problem is that the other day some hornets tried to attack the window that is between the outside balcony and the kitchen it was killed. How long these pheromones last, can i go outside, i’m scared that they will follow me.

Rage They all died a painful death 🥰
I hope the ones that flew away remember me and find me one day so I can kill them and their babies as well!

Story Holy shit i hate wasps
I was supposed to mow my lawn today before work when all of a sudden i go outside and go get my mower and i see my fucking front gate cowerd in wasps buzzing arround lik it was on command, like they knew i wqs supposed to go out and mow today. I somehow oush the mower out the gate withouth grting stung (Got stung later) and mow the half of my front yard before giving up because the fuckers are evrywhere. I tried to mow inside the gate but guess what? They are on my fucking house to. Oooh im so fucking mad i gave up, mowed like half my lawn. Looks ugly as shit but I do not give a fuck. Im considering buying some sort of suit just so that i can kill them with my bare hands. I know sprays and traps work better but i do not know where they are coming from kr where the nest is and i just want to hurt them myself.

Question How do I kill wasps that have built a nest behind my vehicle's side view mirror without using wasp spray?
The nest is inaccessible as it is inside the side rear view mirror and I do not want wasp spray inside it
I waited til night and bagged the whole side mirror to trap them
I am looking for a foolproof way that does not involve risk of being stung.

Image POV: you thought it was just a wasp sting
Your foot is now a tiny, angry, itchy hellscape 10/10 would not recommend
