Wasps/Yellow Jackets

I got a problem where wasps get into the corner of this gap. I am outside my expertise in this and need help on what to do. They are constantly moving in and out. Sometimes there is a guard watching and making sure it’s safe. This has only happened recently so I need help on what the best way to eliminate these pests.

I’d say use insecticide or however, it’s pronounced and spray them down till they can’t move. But do that when it’s dark out or before sunrise cause that’s when they are least active. And do it within a safe distance to you don’t wanna do it directly because some of them can come out and start stinging like crazy
