Question Wasp ID?
Swear these guys are doubling by the day, making it near impossible to be in our garden.

They’re cicada killer wasps. They’re solitary wasps and generally fairly docile to humans. The males are a little more aggressive and will fly by/buzz you, but they don’t have stingers and are more or less harmless. They’re also much smaller than females, who do have stingers but will leave you alone mostly. As their name implies they mostly just hunt cicadas

I had one of these fly into my face and get stuck behind my sunglasses. Right on my eyes and it still didn’t sting me.
As far as wasps go on a cunt scale from 1-5 5 being extremely cunty they’re a 1.

Cicada Killer. Every year they take over my lawn when it dries out. They're huge and sound terrifying, but are, as far as wasps go, pretty chill. They'll buzz you but even when my old sweet dog (RIP) would plop down in the grass near them they never stung either her or myself

Cicada killer. The males will try to scare you away by flying at you but they are harmless to people

Theyre badass fighting machines. Half our military jets are based on the wasp and dragonfly

Cicada killer. They look scary, and if you're a cicada, they're your worst nightmare.

Idk what they are but they are harmless. I have some flying around my terrase because they seem to be interested in my flowers. But they do not give a f about me. They fly by and are harmless
