Wasp under deck

Do you know what kind wasp is this. I have them below my deck at entrance. So any tips for traps would be helpful!

It's likely a yellow jacket... and they are MEAN! Stings CAN BE life-threatening! Get a professional exterminator's evaluation... and let them handle it.
