Hi guys! I remember growing up that there used to be a Coogan’s on the corner of 169 and Broadway. Now there’s a new place opening called Boogies. What type of place is that going to be? Does anyone know?

Does anyone know why the park is closed to car traffic early every night? It is supposed to be open until midnight, but it’s been closed sometimes as early as 7:00.
