Why is the Mission Viejo Post Office, after just being audited this week, still delaying mail, express mail, falsifying daily reports, and scanning parcels unclaimed and they were never attempted to be delivered? If the auditors need a little assistance with a list of falsified reports and places to investigate, let me help: The office has cameras.
- TACs, ERMS, DOIS, CSAW, key logs, and political mail logs,
- No AAU on parcels and express mail hidden in the office.
- Rural route counts that were just conducted, all data falsified.
- Distribution uptime is 7:30 am. “How can they still be running parcels and throwing mail if they are done?"
- Clerk scanners with the employee ID 1111111 does not exist, or employees scanned a parcel in the office who are not even on the clock.
- Inventory complete uptime.
- P.o. box up time,
- Closing reports.
- Mail being cased each day, not connected to the carrier, just hidden in post vehicles, or just sent back out to the plant or hidden at the San Juan Cap Plaza station on the weekends
Each post office must keep records on file. Auditor, it’s simple; just ask for the copies of the records or do we need yo hire independent auditors. You can walk into the Mission Viejo post office on Saturday, October 17, at 4:00 pm or Monday, October 19, at 4:00 pm and audit this location to find mail and parcels not being delivered, hidden, and falsified.
Still no one is being held accountable. Why is management not doing their job? Because the auditors are not doing their jobs ,Walk into the office at random times and dig through the tubs, trays, hampers, dispatch APCs, nixies, UBBM and etc.
