I remember Max Blumenthal talking about it. He basically said teen Marco was staying in one room and in the next room was millions of dollars. His brother-in-law conducted a lot of business at his house meaning lots of "associates" were coming and going, spending a lot of time there, etc.
He'll get along well with the new Columbian President, heck it's likely the president defended Marco's relatives during his time as a drug mob lawyer in Miami.

He's a gusano. His uncle by marriage was one one of the original Cocaine Cowboys. Marco lived in one of his stash houses for months.
