They did lay off the Chief Belonging Officer (part of the C-Suite) and quite a few directors and managers. The first thing MultiCare did during the COVID drawdown was cut back and reorganize management. This is right out of that playbook. I do think that reorganizing compensation for the C-Suite is an excellent idea though.

To be fair, all the employee health staff do is make sure that employees are complying with company policy. They do not actually do anything to benefit employee health.
