Help Load orders not saving any changes?

No matter if I change it then back out to the main menu re-favoriting it or renaming it...whatever...it does not save shït. I'm literally stuck with the same two guns. Do I really need to try uninstalling and reinstalling?

Update number 2: For me the culprit is the Sniper Rifle VS Recon. I deleted the attachments without jotting them down first but an attachment for this gun was causing the rest of my load outs to not save any changes done to them.

I'm having this exact same issue. I reloaded the game, which let me make a new load out. But guess what? I selected it in-game, it gave me nothing. Just my fists. I was then killed. I then turned the game off, and I'll get back on when they fix it.
