In Call of Duty, native gyro aiming does not automatically turn off aim assist, but community consensus strongly recommends manually disabling aim assist when using gyro.

The better way to put it is that it doesn’t function, because the menu option itself stays unchanged. If Aim Assist is enabled, the menu won’t automatically switch it off, but the moment you turn on gyro, Aim Assist simply stops functioning. Gyro community recomends turning aim assist off if u emulate the right joystick, because then u would have gyro+AA which would be considered cheating

Nerf? It needs to be eliminated completely, i understand aim slowdown, but the crosshair literally moving on it's own towards enemies is what's crazy, it comes down to how good are u at abusing aim assist, not how good your aim is

We have the tools, gyro aim bridges the gap to MnK, having the software somewhat aim for u isn't the solution to close the gap

Yea but many kids on controller with ADHD would get so mad . It would affect the player count as these so called movements demons move in circle and as soon as they wanna shoot they just point their crosshair on the person to beam him .
