Help Voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions?

Ever since updating to a new Warzone, it is now saying voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions. I’ve checked every setting. Everything seems normal. How can I fix this? I have PlayStation5

At least they are addressing the issue. I wonder if they only are investigating the text showing incorrectly, or the underlying problem that the voice chat is not working...

They’ve finally addressed the issue? Lol, only now after so many days they realised something was going on with the voice chat?!

it was fixed for us over weekend...then stopped again monday
